Safety Procedures   

For all critical situations such as a Fire, vacate the premises and call 911.

Uncontrollable Flooding - In the unlikely situation of uncontrollable flooding, perform the following:

  • Call 911 if applicable

  • Call (904) 260-7059 Rolland Reash Plumbing 24 hour emergency response

  • Secure water to home at main shut-off valve

  • Call (904) 998-4527 Pacifico Properties LLC 24 hour response. Leave message for the Duty Agent and they will call you back immediately

Electrical Arcing/Noise - In the unlikely situation of uncontrollable electrical arcing/noise, or some other electrical emergency, perform the following:

  • ​Call 911 if applicable

  • Call (904) 365-7777 for Empire Electric 24 hour emergency response

  • Secure main breaker in circuit breaker panel if it can be done safely

  • Call (904) 998-4527 Pacifico Properties LLC 24 hour response. Leave message the for Duty Agent and they will call you back immediately
